Si tratta di scoprire un significato inaspettato e relazioni in ciò che pensavamo fosse conosciuto. La verità è che i nostri sistemi - riferendosi all'uso di internet - sono progettati per risposte isolate, non risposte che riflettono risposte storiche, spaziali, culturali, mediali. I nostri sistemi trovano oggetti, non associazioni. Il che ci riporta alla 'wowology': la ricerca non è semplicemente una statistica isolata.
