Paperback. Illustrated wraps. 120 pp., profusely illustrated in bw and color. One of the only publications I know of on this topic, and quite detailed and enthusiastic in it's examination. Copious notes, extensive bibliograpjhy. Good (Some toning, light wear and foxing to extremities.).
