Sections of this material have also appeared in the organs of the various sections of the International Committee. This pamphlet is part of the new Bulletin International Series devoted to contributions from the sections of the Fourth International. It contains all the documents related to the split by the Organization Communiste Internationaliste (OCI) of France with the International Committee of the Fourth International. This is the first time that these documents have been brought together in one place. Stated first American printing, May 1973. In good- condition. Occasional marginalia. Very worn, with cover having tears at the staples - binding sturdy for most of the booklet but the cover wraps. Some discoloration.
