Cover has bumped/slightly frayed corners, small rub through on bottom of spine edge, and shelf/dirt marks. Pages are very clean and binding is tight. Page edges have small, light stain (tanning?). Paper on iside front and back covers has split. First page has partial tear (not through paper) in center leaving a fringe of paper.
