In clean and bright condition with fresh looking cloth boards and lovely crisp title lettering on the front board and spine. No inscriptions and clean pages throughout. The dust jacket is clean and not price clipped, albeit somewhat sun discoloured on its mainly white areas, especially so on the spine which looks toned. There is also a little edge wear and crumpling at the head of the spine. In all though this copy is in remarkably well preserved, collectable condition.

From the book collection of Christopher Lee with his ownership signature on the front endpaper. Sir Christopher Frank Carandini Lee, CBE, (19222015) was an English actor, singer, author, and World War II veteran. He was notably in 'The Wicker Man' and 'The Man with the Golden Gun' but is best known for his role as Count Dracula in a sequence of Hammer Horror films and later as Saruman in the 'Lord of the Rings' film trilogy. Page seven is torn at the corner, affecting a few words with the corner loosely inserted. Tiny white mark at spine foot and very slight nick at spine head, otherwise sound, very good.
