Book design by Saul Marks, printed at the Plantin Press set in monotype Ehrhardt and Perpetua on cream white Curtis wove antique paper. Bound by Russell-Rutter Company in full mottled Chinese-red linen, kept in a special Chinese-style tied box covered in buckram. 166 pages, 6 7/8 x 10 7/8 inches.
