Agatha Christie published Hercule Poirot's Christmas at December 19th 1938, her next novel was June 5th 1939 and Ten Little Niggers on November 6 1939 all by Collins Crime Club. On June 6th 1939 the UK Daily Post ran a 23 part serial until July 1st 1939. This edition starts May 20th 1939 proceeding the the Daily Post by 2 weeks and the first hard cover edition by six months. It ran for seven parts also ending on July 1st 1939. Each magazine has little amounts of wear, little chips and edge wear and some still have the address label on them. Dust jacket has significant chip to top portion on spine and was trimmed along bottom edge when removed from an old-style DJ protecto, repaired tear on rear panel, no other chipping, tearing or creasing, wear to spine tips, no wear to front flap crease, no edge wear, no spine fade (common with this DJ), color wear to left/right of spine, almost no dust rubbing to panel, no soiling or staining, front panel is quite nice with nothing to affect the early 30s graphics. Overall a FINE-/N-FINE book in GD+ condition dust jacket (not price clipped) of rare 1930s era Agatha Christie 1st printing book of one of her "top 3" most famous books.
