One of 200 numbered copies (the entire edition; this is number 70) printed letterpress at Heritage Press by William Loftin (assisted by Pat Taylor) and '[p]ublished on the winter solstice of 1994' (colophon); signed and numbered by Rieke in pencil on colophon (last printed leaf).Title Page & Headpiece captions (blue/black).
