Hardcover. Second printing. SIGNED. 265pp. Octavo [23.5 cm] Brown paper covered boards. Very good condition. The edges of the covers are lightly rubbed. The verso of the front free endsheet and the surface of the title page are slightly darkened. Illustrated. Inscribed by Lulu Parker Betenson and Dora Flack on the title page. Many wonderful photographs including Butch's Winchester, the "post-office" tree at Linwood, Utah, original cabins at one of the Robber's Roost stations, Butch's prison photo, and many more.
