Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. Black hardcover with dustjacket. Book is signed and inscribed by author to another individual who was apparently involved in a community center project with author: "I can't think of any better work than building an elegant center for a fine city. When everything else is forgotten, they'll remember what we built together." Entire book is clean though with a dampstain (brown) to the lower margin of last half of pages and to rear board and with minimal pencil underlining. This damage does not affect text; highly readable. Edges and corners are square, and binding is tight and strong. Included in the book is a type-written speech apparently given by the author "as Chair of the National League of Cities Leadership Training Council," called "Citizenship and Leadership.".
