Souvenir typescript excerpt from Stephen King's 1981 novel Cujo, signed by the author at the foot in black ink. The excerpt includes the novel's chilling closing lines, culminating in the stark final sentence: "He went for her neck." The typescript is on an off-white sheet measuring approximately 5.75 × 7.75 inches, professionally mounted, matted, and framed to an overall size of approximately 14.5 × 16.5 inches. The presentation is handsome and understated, suitable for display, with the text and signature clearly visible through glass. The typescript is in fine condition, a couple dings to the frame. A striking piece of modern horror ephemera from one of the most collected authors of the late twentieth century. Signed examples of Cujo material are increasingly uncommon.
