Appears to be rarer in this overprinted edition published by Fianna Fáil. Printed in Irish and English. 117pp.; 9.5 x 6 in. Good. Large chips to bottom and top of front cover and a few other creases and small tears to edges, none affecting text; small chips along inside edge and bottom of back cover (but no large chips). Small closed tear at top of pp. 1-10. Remainder of text clean and not particularly brittle.
