An excellent copy. 1974 Stapled Binding. 51 pp. Being a collection of sixty favourites and including a proper collation and super menu. A guide to open hearth and bee hive oven cookery. Prepared in the 18th century manner and adapted for twentieth century use. Compiled and illustrated by Amy Hatrak, Frances Mills, Elizabeth Shull, Sally Williams. Israel and Fanny Pierson Crane were a prominent family in what became Cranetown, New Jersey. He married Fanny in 1796 and their house was known for their wonderful dinners and parties.
