Folded Sheet. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: No Dust Jacket. This is a 3-page excerpt; an early reprint of pages 529-531 of The Review of Scientific Instruments, Vol. 29, No. 8, August, 1961. Published while the author was a Motorola employee. Single folded sheet. Also included are several supporting documents related to the publication and distribution of the monograph. They include: 1) A few pages of correspondence between the author and The American Journal of Physics concerning publication - dated 1960 & 1961; 2) A signed management clearance document (I assume from Motorola) approving publication; 3) Two pages of correspondence between the author and The University of Arizona Department of Physics, concerning using the monograph as a teaching device, etc - dated 1965; and 4) Approximately 10 sheets/cards of requests from industry peers to the author, for reprints of the paper. The pages are a bit age-toned, but clean. Some edgewear to the accompanying documents. ; 27C; 10-1/2" x 7-7/8".
