About this Item: James Taylor & Mongene, Thirroul NSW 2006, 2006. 33.0 x 24.0cms, 144pp, 32 b/w & colour plates, including a double gate wing foldout, fine hardback with black cloth boards (artist's inscription reads" For Greg & Carol (Weight) with love & thanks for mates rates, Gary' with a hand drawn ink sketch of a female nude) This is no 54 of 100 signed and numbered copies and a further 20 artist's proof copies. NO Solander box or individual etchings. Grishin argues that Malley's poems are 'greater than the conscious pettty intrigues of their authors and have created in the Australian psyche the image of the creative individual and his precarious path in a materialistic world'. Furthermore, he argues that the American-led invasion of Iraq was the catalyst for Shead's sensuou and preciously lyrical etchings. Seller Inventory # 151656
