Katherine Dunn inscribed and signed this copy in the year of publication of the book. Billy Hults was posthumously inducted into the Oregon Music Hall of Fame. "Rev. Billy Hults, was a washboard player extrordinaire in so many bands including his own Billy Foodstamp and the Welfare Rodeo. Hults organized the first Mayor’s Ball in 1984 that continued for 6 more years and passed away in 2009."
