Octavo, [10], 337pp. Blue cloth, title stamped in gilt on spine. Stated "first edition" on copyright page. Appears unread. Bookplate opposite title page. In the publisher's near fine dust jacket, $2.95 on front flap, touch of sunning to spine, a near fine example. Inscribed on the half title: "To James Pettit / With the good wishes of Herbert Hoover / (with reservations on over statements).". Signed.
