The book has been rebacked at some point, with the original boards, and the original backstrip applied over the spine. Wear at the corners tips, and a bit at the spine extremities. Some surface rubbing, a few small stains. Names and inkstamps on the endpapers, and a previous owners inkstamp on the title page. Endpapers foxed, with some light edgewear along the fore-edge of the first couple pages. Newspaper clipping taped on the rear flyleaf. Page edges age-darkened.
