Item Description: Foreign Publications Inc., New York No date. Hardcover. Book Condition: Good. Size: Folio - over 12" - 15" tall. Text clean. Ex-Library. Unbound softcover portfolios in cloth board case that ties. 10 portfolios total (Parts 11-20). Text pamphlet and 10 plates in each portfolio. Pencil markings on portfolio wraps and on the back of each plate. Blind stamp on front cover of each Part 11 portfolio with inked number on back side. Tearing along spine edges of portfolios, some front and backs detached completely but still present. Pages tanned. Some pages have small tears at edges. No illustrations obscured. Color illustrations. Pocket and circulation slip on rear board of case. Wraps tanned with small closed tears and chipping to edges. Boards deatched and spine cover missing. Boards bumped and worn at corners, edges and spine ends. Illustration adhered to blue cloth boards of case. Illustration rubbed and tanned but image still clear. Back board scratched and soiled. II. Each part in original color-illustrated wraps, all resting in single blue cloth portfolio with illustrated paste-down and string ties. Each part in itself complete, illustrated with 10 pochoir plates and 8 pages of text. Portfolio split and frayed along joints. Some staining on rear board. Tearing and chipping to spine and edges of wrappers on two parts. Small library stamp on bottom margin of each leaf. Each front wrapper with small handwritten number in red crayon. Country captions on upper right corner of each plate underlined in red crayon. Portfolio in fair, interior in overall very good condition.
