Five volume set, complete. 8vo., dark blue clothbound hardbacks with decorative gilt to upper covers and gilt titles to spines. Illustrated with maps. Vol. I contains two letters from the author to his nephew, one presenting the set as a gift, and the another in reply to the nephew's thank you letter. Some foxing to top edge and foredge. Some small marks to covers (apparently traces of white paint). Overall a Very Good Association Set.
