Bright and shiny dust jacket overall, illustrated, showing only very minor wear, protected by a plastic coat, dust jacket not being price-clipped. Dust jacket has a small chip in the upper corner of the fore-edge on the front panel. Introduction by Herbert Read. Historical and Bibliographical Notes by Jean Leymarie. Translation (presumably from the original French) by Stuart Gilbert. Many, many score full-color illustrations, some in-text, but most of them being tipped-in or fully mounted.
