The Combined Cookbook consists of 3 sections: First Section is 31 numbered pages plus one page index, Second Section "HOOD's COOKBOOK NO. 2" starts with an advertising page for cookbooks 1 and 2 and then followed by 30 more pages and a table of contents (31 more numbered pages), Third Section is titled HIGH-STREET COOK BOOK. Published by THE LADIES OF HIGH-STREET CHURCH, LOWELL, MASS. 31 Numbered pages plus Table of Contents followed by a page of advertising HOOD'S SASPARILLA. As usual the covers are soiled most likely from moist hands holding the book while following one of many recipes. Blank page between last Table of Contents and one-page ad has been torn out (Probably copied/wrote a recipe on it). Picture of HOOD'S Laboratory (Factory) on the rear cover.
