Nevin replies toa third party request for a poem in her hand by enclosing a manuscript leaf of the 2nd poem in this collection. "The Road to Bethlehem." Also in reply to a query about her book of "Hymns and Carols for Church anbd Sunday School, : Nevin has enclosed the 8 page publisher's prospectus from J B Lippincott which includes press notices and sample pages. Nevin's collection Poems is uncommon especially so in dust jacket and with additional manuscript material. F/VG++; Signed by Author.

Most of the paper is missing at the spine and there is just one little bridge holding the front and back panels together. There are chips missing around the edges of the dust jacket, the paper is age toned and shelf rubbed. There is a small round stain on the front of the dust jacket.
