Item Description: Interstate Publishing Company, (Chicago?), 1904. Hardcover. Book Condition: Good. No Jacket. B&W photographs by F.J. Tickner of North Yakima, O.W. Pautzke of Ellensberg, W.P. Flanary of Goldendale, H.B. Carratt of Centerville, and Kiser Bros., Portland (illustrator). 1st Edition. 1904 dates match from title page and copyright page, no later dates showing, this is the leather-bound quarto first edition. Gilt titles bright to spine and front board, there is also attractive blind tooling to both leather-covered boards, but leather spine covering shows considerable rub and is missing a 1-X-2-inch triangular chunk from top left. Boards still well attached, though external condition is "good only" and as with any older book of this weight, gentle handling is recommended. Lovely gold-and-black original endpapers, All Edges Gilt, NOT ex-library, no marks of previous ownerships. This book weighs 9 lbs.(4.1 kilos) and would cost a lot to ship overseas, or Priority. 941 pp. Bookseller Inventory # 005354
