It has four parish churches, eight chapels, fix convents, and a sufficient number of priests, with a bishop, his auxiliary, and thirty-six canons. This city contains one thousand five hundred and sixty families, and has five thousand eight hundred and ninety-five communicants, besides children under ten years of age, who are computed to be about one thousand six hundred; so that the whole population being seven thousand four hundred and ninety-five, they are not five to a family. It has four parish churches, eight chapels, fix convents, and a sufficient number of priests, with a bishop, his auxiliary, and thirty-six canons.
