Item Description: Washington, D.C.: The Carnegie Institution of Washington, 1932. Hardcover. Book Condition: Good. Oversized hardcover. Blue cloth over boards. Faded gold lettering to spine. Some rubbing and staining to covers, with wear to cloth at corners and board edges. The binding is starting to fail at the inner joints, but so far, everything is still together. The date on the title page is 1932. 758 pages. Textblock is together but the cloth over the spine is shaken. Covers rubbed and corners bumped. The pages inside are toned, especially around the edges, but are otherwise clean and unmarked. Contains a list of and quotes from cases state by state. This is an oversized (and overweight) book.
