Pale green and white endpapers, overall pattern. Gilt-lettered and decorated grey cloth, cover clean and bright, spine lightly faded but lettering readable. Very good overall. In grey cloth decorated with gilt illustrations and gilt titles. With blue and white pictorial front and endpapers. With a colour frontispiece and 15 full-page colour illustrations by Walter Crane. 267 pages. Book is good, internally clean and unmarked and all illustrations are present and bright and the book is free from inscriptions. The hinges are slightly shaky but the binding is sound except for the half-title which is partly detached. The boards show considerable shelf-wear and fading to spine and 2 1/2" is missing from head of spine. The untrimmed page edges are a little browned. All proceeds from the sale of this item go to Amnesty International. Size: 9 1/4" x 6 3/4". Seller Inventory # 904804
