Pp. 21-22 once dog-eared, but long flattened, stiff; p. 3 had 7/8" closed horizontal tear at right edge, now flat expertly reglued, strong, nearly unnoticeable. Tight binding, sharp corners, no rubbing wear. Previous owner bookplate pasted onto inside front cover (name blacked out), with consequent slight black speckles in corresponding area (of inking out) on ffep; paste-down shadows on ffep surrounding exempt area 3 3/4" x 2 3/4", corresponding to bookplate on inside front cover: describes much worse than it is, but there you have it. Text clean but for 8 of 16 pages of final essay, "The Sense-Datum Fallacy," with blue ink underlines or vertical margin lines. Solid copy.
