Most books shipped within 24 hours. All books mailed with Delivery Confirmation. Flexible leather covers with a flap that originally snapped. The spine is chipped. The flap is lacking a portion measuring approximately 3 1/2 x 1 3/4" as well as the snap. The flap is also torn in half and there is chipping in the area of the second spine between the rear cover and the flap. Previous owner's signature and address in pencil on the front fly-leaf. The last few pages are creased at the fore edge. Contents are very good but the binding is poor. The endpapers are mint green in color. "Please report any apparent errors of omissions" is printed on page 189 which is not numbered. Unnumbered page 191 contains a price list as follows: "Prices of 48 -1 (pages 50 to 58) Free. 48-2 (pages 96-103) Free. 48, Full Course in leather binding, 2.50 Morocco binding, gilt edges 3.00. Guaranteed." This copy appears to be slightly different from other available copies.
