Item Description: Walker, New York, 1969. Hard Cover. Book Condition: Near Fine. Jack Gaughan cover (illustrator). First Edition. The book is lightly rounded on the spine ends, but the corners are square and sharp; the book shows slight evidence of water contact, quite inevident on the cover unless examined closely visually and slightly raised to the touch at the lower corner; about 1 1/2" of the lower right corners of the first 40 or so pages showing a very small waviness when viewed from the bottom, but no discoloration; too, there is a small light colored spot on the cover about an inch from the spine. The dust jacket has light wear at the spine ends and a few points on the edges, with some dampstain to the right edge and bottom edge of the front cover, showing much more significantly here than you'd judge by the book; not price clipped. Ground-breaking SF classic that won both Hugo and Nebula awards for Best Novel, signed (not personalized) by Ms. Le Guin on the title page. Signed by Author. Science Fiction.
