About this Item: Dodd, Mead & Company, New York, 1904. Grey Cloth. Condition: Very Good Plus. Dust Jacket Condition: No DJ. Gazo Foudji (illustrator). First Edition. First Edition. Decorative blue-grey cloth with gilt lettering on cover and spine. Pictorial cover and spine of azalea blooms in white and green. Illustrated in color by the famous Japanese artist and designer Gazo Foudji (1853 - 1916) and contains color frontispiece. Very Good Plus. Boards bear some edgewear with some fading of the spine. Pages are clean and tight, previous owner gift inscription penned on flyleaf, interior text is nearly pristine. 8vo. 239 pages. Winnifred Eaton (1875 - 1954) was a popular Canadian author.
