Very slight rubbing to extremities and a tiny dimple to front board. Deaccession stamp to top of front pastedown. Dustjacket repeats graphics of book. Light soiling, shelf-and-edge-wear to dustjacket, with tape repair to bottom quarter of spine. Author's delightful illustrations throughout, both duotone and full color. Protected in mylar. Binding solid, pages age toned but crisp and clean, A couple small splits at front inner pastedown. and small ink blotch on base edge of last few pages, no other markings found. Buckram covered boards have foxing. Dust jacket age toned with a few finger prints, a 1 inch internally repaired tear, other small nick, internally repaired as well, a small chip at top of spine, erosion, rubs, light scuffs and dents. Extremities lightly bumped with minimal tip wear. Ships within 24-48 hours via media mail.

Tight and VG+ (very light offsetting along the front panel's top-edge, former-owner name in pencil at the front free endpaper) in a bright, price-intact ($2.00), VG dustjacket, with very mild chipping and creasing along the top-edges and light soiling to the panels. Still though, sharp and attractive. Octavo, nicely illustrated throughout in rich color by the author herself.
