In fine bright red watered silk binding with gilt rose motif to front and gilt titles and decoration to back strip. The covers are very clean, firm and straight. Clean dark pink end papers. Dark red tinted top cut edge; the fore and tail edges are white and unmarked. The text block is tightly bound and not tanned, foxed or marked, though has been read. Near fine condition. With broad red ribbon marker. No dedications etc. With full page two tone illustrations by Imre Hofbauer. In rather broken cellophane jacket.

These salacious memoirs must have already been translated when Holloway House reprinted them.
