Tan cloth, lettered and decorated in dark green, ivory and gilt, with front cover pastedown illus., deckled text block edges with top edge in gilt. Modest shelf wear, cover cloth somewhat darkened along spine panel and toward edges. 137 pp., illus. endpapers, 8 b&w plates and additional decorated initials starting each chapter. Interior shows light, scattered foxing. Firm binding, intact hinges. 1st thus: Sept. 1902, "New Edition" w/ plates and embellishments by Ostertag. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Book.
