Item Description: The World Publishing Co., Cleveland, OH., 1956. Cloth. Book Condition: Good +. First Edition. This 320 pp. is a "Tour-De-Force" of the psychology of thought control, menticide and brainwashing. It is written by a man uniquely qualified. He has his Ph.D, and has worked as a Psychiatrist in psychotherapy and psychoanalysis. He was born in the Netherlands, and escaped to England in 1942, just ahead of the Nazi takeover of his country. He observed first hand much of the mental torture herein described, in the Nazi methods. This Scarce book is Ex-Library, and as such has the pocket remains in the rear, and usual markings on the title page. It has Dewey Decimal numbers on the jacket spine. It does have stains on the first blank flyleaf, and a few page edges, BUT, it is totally clean, square and readable otherwise, and the jacket presents rather well other than the spine numbers. Photos upon request. Priced accordingly. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Ex-Library. Bookseller Inventory # 40504
