String bound wraps. Condition: Very Good. Illustrated by Johnny Brewton and Karoline Schleh (illustrator). Limited/Numbered Edition. Original Limited Edition No. 171 of 300 numbered copies. 26 Lettered Copies also published. Printed by hand at the New Orleans School of Glass Works and Printmaking Studio. The two inside pages have translucent rice paper flyleaves and the obituary for Timothy Leary, written by Hunter Thompson and originally printed in Rolling Stone Magazine. Both front and rear grey paper wraps fold out. "Timothy Leary 1920-1996" and "Woody Creek, Colorado June 9, 1996" printed on the front. Gonzo emblem embossed on rear inside flap. Attached to the rear fold out is a scored, simulated sheet of blotter acid with a likeness of Leary on each square. The sheet is printed in magenta ink with *Caution: Do Not Drop at the bottom. Outside wraps have light fading to edges with fine interior and solid string binding. A very nice copy of this Rare publication. ; 16mo 6" - 7" tall.

Hand-sewn wrappers, No. 277 of 300 numbered copies (there were also 26 lettered copies), this reprints Thompson's obituary of Timothy Leary which was originally published in "Rolling Stone," Signed by "John B" who is the designer (along with Karoline Schleh), printed by hand in New Orleans by the New Orleans School of GlassWorks and Printmaking Studio, tipped onto the inside rear wrapper is a faux acid blotter sheet showing Leary's likeness in a multitude of small squares. Fine.
