Its dust jacket, now protected by a removable mylar cover, is in very good+ condition: whole and bright, with light wear on ends of its spine and front flap fold, and some faint smudges on its white back, but otherwise unworn and unmarked. I will ship this book in a moisture proof zip-loc bag, padded in bubble wrap, inside a sturdy box to assure it reaches its new owner in the same condition as my description.

First edition of this Kornbluth & Merril post-apocalyptic space adventure on Mars positing that the red dust of Mars produced a powerful drug that "men from Earth ravened for this opiate.".

Some tape residue marks [x4 see picture] from the attachment of previous dustwrapper protection. Dustwrapper has some slight fading to ithe spine and a few scuff marks on the front panel.
