There is a picture on page 164 of the eight sons of Syver and Petra Flexhaug who emigrated to Canada in 1910. Trouble is there are 5 children missing from that photo. Big family ! ! 268 pages of local history about the dry farming area south of Medicine Hat, Alberta. Index and at least one map. Plenty of b/w photographs. Cond : Paper wrapper is khaki green with black lettering. Front cover drawing looks south to the Sweet Grass Hills. Light corner wear. Name of p/o on page 03. Clean, tight in binding. Excellent reading copy. Quote (p. 61) : " Carl Natrass was cutting alongside Pater Kirkvold, and each was cutting wide to take in as much of the grass as possible.
