He flew in the same group as Chuck Yeager and Bud Anderson. In addition to his memoir, he offers critiques of the German aircraft he fought against. (He became an aeronautical engineer after the war.) He also includes a narrative of how he would brief young pilots new to the group on what to expect on the types of missions they flew. 175 pages with a complete listing of the squadrons mentioned.
