About this Item: Limited Editions Club, 1959. Hardcover. Condition: Good. Limited Editions Club. Hardcover with dustjacket in slipcase. Dustjacket is plain tan paper, heavily toned on the spine. Decorative blue and white cloth over boards with red and gold label on the spine. Previous owner's bookplate (quite an attractive one) is on the inside front cover. Illustrations are laid into blank pages throughout, by Salvatore Fiume. 594 pages. In good condition, spine is toned and gutters have some slight stains. A limited edition of 1,500 copies, of which this is number 1,366. Signed on the limitation page by Salvatore Fiume, the illustrator, and Giovanni Mardersteig, the printer. Measures 11 x 7". The slipcase is red paper over boards, with a paper label on the spine. It is dusty on the top and shows some signs of having been partially stuck to the shelf where it has lived for the last 50 years. Please email with questions or to request photos. This volume comes from a collection of more than 300 LEC titles from a single collector - please drop us a line if you’d like to see the entire list. This is an oversized book. Because of the slipcase, we’d prefer to mail this volume in a box, so extra shipping will be required. Signed by Illustrator(s). Seller Inventory # Ltd-92
