Contains: "Graphic" Pictures, More "Graphic"Pictures, Last "Graphic" Pictures, and Gleanings from the "Graphic'. These are dated 1889, 1887, 1888, and 1889 respectively, but there is no date on the main title-page. Although this copy would appear to belong to the limited edition of 1250 copies of 1891, there is no statement of this and it appears to have been bound without it. Internally very good, with creases to some pages and a few minor tears. The cloth board cover is worn, especially to the spine and corners. All edges gilt. A heavy book which may incur extra postage.

Lacking the limitations page. In the publisher's original full cloth binding with gilt detail. Four volumes bound as one, comprising 'Caldecott's "Graphic" Pictures', 'More "Graphic Pictures', "Last "Graphic" Pictures', and 'Gleanings from the "Graphic"'. Randolph Caldecott was a renowned artist and illustrator from Britain. His work greatly influenced the illustration of children's books during the nineteenth century. With a bookseller's label to the front paste-down. In the publisher's original full cloth binding. Externally, smart with shelf wear and chipping to the edges. Fraying and tears to the spine. Marks to the boards. Bookseller's label to the front paste-down. Wear to the paste-downs and free endpapers. Closed tears and spotting to the free endpapers. Internally, firmly bound. Pages generally bright and clean with some age-toning and a few scattered spots and handling marks. Good. book.
