Du Rietz Gastronomisk spegel 9: "tvivelaktigt om den bör medtagas i detta sammanhang" [it is doubtful if it should be included in this context]. A Swedish adaptation of a work by the English bishop Joseph Hall. The Danish priest Olof Lemvig, or Lemwijk, came as a refuge to Sweden in 1671. Among his works are two other adaptations of texts by Hall. In the concluding part on housekeeping, the organization of the household and the obligations of the different family members is treated very systematically.
