Book boards show very light shelf wear, however DJ has several tape-repaired tears, creasing, scuffing and chipping. ; A tight solid book. Dust jacket in Mylar jacket protector. Colour plate of new guidon, numerous B&W photos of personnel and campaign locations, as well as seven foldout maps in VG+ condition. ; Maps; Large 8vo 9" - 10" tall; 469 pages; "Although raised in 1908 as cavalry in the Okanagan Valley, the regiment fought as infantry in the major battles of the Canadian Corps in France and Flanders." They started out as the 2nd Canadian Mounted Rifles but in the years between WWI and WWII they became the British Columbia Dragoons. In WWII the regiment became first a motorcycle, then an armoured unit which served in Italy and the Lowlands. Seller Inventory # 18764
