The volume of text has fading and rubbing to the spine but the boards are very good and largely clean. Cracking to the endpapers with a glue repair to the rear endpapers. Minor foxing to the endpapers & page edges plus to small parts of the contents. Overall the contents including plates are in very good conditon. The box of maps is very good with minor rubbing but the gilt lettering on the spine is faded. All ten maps are present and in fine clean condition bar minor soiling to the verso and a small tear to map 1. A heavy set for overseas shipping purposes.
