Hardcover. Condition: Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. Sticker signed by Rawls with his picture on it is pasted on the front free end paper. Also had previous owner intials on same page and a gift inscriiption from friend on following blank page. Jacket is unclipped. Protective mylar is soiled and rubbed. Jacket is mostly clean with edge wear and yellowing tape marks where mylar is taped to boards. Pages are clean and hinges are tight. Signed by Author(s).

Hardcover. Condition: Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. 8vo, blue cloth over white flecked paper boards, silver titles, 239pp. Unclipped dust jacket (7.95). Second state without the first edition statement. Faint dampstain to front board which bleeds to endpaper, also present to rear endpaper with a spot of discoloration to rear board. Dust jacket shows some rubbing to top edge of front and rear panel. Inscribed by the author to the front endpaper: 6-4-82 to Rose Didera Sincerely Wilson Rawls. His second and only other book following Where the Red Fern Grows. A serviceable copy less defects, uncommon signed. Inscribed by Author(s).

Hardcover. Condition: Very good. Dust Jacket Condition: very good. First Edition. SIGNED. 239pp. Octavo [21.5 cm] 1/4 blue paper with decorative white paper covered boards. The spine ends are gently bumped, and the edges of the boards are subtly toned. There is a previous owner's name on the front pastedown, and there is an old price in pen in the top right fore-edge corner of the front free endpaper. In a price-clipped dust jacket, with light soiling, and periodic short closed tears and chips to the edges (two of them, formerly backed with tape). A first edition from an author best known for his debut novel, Where the Red Fern Grows. Inscribed by Rawls on the front free endpaper: "4-2-76 / To- _____ / Sincerely / Wilson Rawls.".
