These two volumes, evidently produced as gift books, are uniformly bound with decorated morocco spines (a little faded and worn) and thick beveled boards of tree calf that is highly polished to mimic wood. The front board of each is decorated with a gilt border surrounding the title; all edges gilt. Excellent condition. All books described as first editions are first printings unless otherwise noted.
