In 424 pages + xvi pages + 16 pages of black & white photos from the show. Hardcover octavo (8vo) has cloth-covered boards with a red/white/black graphic design on front & back covers, wrapping around spine. Text block is upside down (publisher's error). Condition is is in VG: very clean & bright with soiled spots to bottom external page edges & general dust dulling to top outside edges, a few of the same spots in Index. Binding strong & straight; pages creamy white & completely unmarked. Modest rubbing to bottom edges from shelf & light bumping/cloth wear to all corners. No DJ (missing).
