Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. This work of The Painted Pig by Elizabeth Morrow and published by Alfred Knopf of New York in 1930 is an enjoyable hardcover edition of this book. It is our understanding that it is NOT a replication in any way. It is well illustrated by Rene D?Harnoncourt. No dust-jacket. The book has some minor color off the spine and some cover fading but is still a solid copy. The book shows wear to all four corners with two corners showing the paper covering thru the tips. The similar wear can be seen at the spine extremities where the paper cover has been rubbed and the cardboard is slightly exposed. The pages are clean and the illustrations are bright in color and the binding tight. The book deals with an age-of-discovery adventure between children with a painted piggy bank being the focus. 34 pages.
