Pictorial boards ( a bit rubbed), 9 x 11, 60 pages, later issue dustwrapper (price on flap is $2.50; book was issued at $2.00). (Count) Rene d'Harnoncourt was born in Vienna, but moved to Paris in 1924 and Mexico in 1926. He was to become director of MOMA, from 1949-1967. The figures in the flat, pastel colors of this book were all from his personal collection of Mexican toys. Not ex-library, no internal marks, clean and tight. Seller Inventory # 90106
