Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. 1st Edition. CREDITS: Credits are a thorny issue in the bushes of design. Stephen Doyle has already advised us that everything shown on the preceding pages was his idea, and that everything yet to be designed by Kalman and M&Co is his idea also. The more astute readers will perceive that Doyle's braggadocio is in fact drawing attention to the prickly subject of ownership. It is rare that a project is completed by one person alone, and there is no doubt that Kalman could not have produced the work in this book without dozens of others, and likewise, the work would not have occurred without him. The collaborate nature of design is such that many walk around with the work of others in their portfolios. Having acknowledged this, the only thing left to say is that the following credits were assembled by Kalman and the book's editorial team with the help of an M&Co and the Colors masthead.Dissenters are encouraged to publish alternative lits.
